PROFIT AND LOSS DIVISION
Upon the end of the partnerships fiscal year, the net profit or the net loss shall be distributed evenly to all partners at [Percentage] % of the net profit/loss each. However, if losses incurred have been brought on by the willful neglect of any of the partners, they alone shall be held responsible to compensate the firm accordingly.
